What Does This Include?
This family choose the vinyl pavilion over our timber frame or wood model as they enjoy the simplicity and ease that it brings! Basically maintenance free, as simple as power washing in the spring to bring the bright white back to life, because who wants to constantly stain and paint.
But they didn’t stop there! They added the dentil molding to the beams. This adds a simple and elegant finish that doesn’t over power the straight and clean lines of the pavilion, the molding is right under the roofline to create a subtle touch to an already elegant shade structure!
We worked with their local landscaper to coordinate the placement of the concrete footers and pavers. They decided to wrap the posts in two foot of pavers to seemlessly progress into a perfect bond in their backyard!
