How did they do it?
They had a bright idea on how to combine an elegant touch to their house but combine functionality. They started with our pine board and batten siding. Which naturally comes with a rustic and country feel due to its texture and hanging style, but here’s the twist. They added white paint to try and tone down the board and batten feel and it worked! Inside the storage shed is a tongue and groove backer that brings the fresh pine smell when ever you open the door.
On the roof is number one grade cedar shake shingles. They bring the perfect she shed look this customer was hoping for. The quaker style roof is a great idea by this customer too perfect the modern but rustic feel she was hoping for. We finished the cedar shake shingles with a natural stain that makes the wood pop against the white siding! She really had the perfect idea for this custom storage shed!
