Your potting shed is delivered fully assembled on a 1 ton truck with a hydraulic trailer, and we handle placement on site. We review access ahead of time, especially for tight spaces near gardens or fence lines.

If access is limited, mule delivery can help navigate narrow gates or tight turns. When equipment cannot reach the site, we can build your shed on-site so you still get the structure where you need it.

If you plan to add electricity for heat lamps or plumbing for watering, you will likely need separate permits for those as well.

How Many Windows Should a Potting Shed Have?

Most potting sheds have 6 to 10 windows to provide enough natural light for daily plant care. Natural light is one of the most important features in a working potting shed, especially for seed starting and propagation. Standard layouts place windows along the front and side walls, with transom windows near the roofline to spread light across the interior.

You can add more windows or adjust placement based on how you use the space. If you plan to use grow lights, adding electrical helps support plant care during shorter winter days.
